Free & Easy Rugged Museum
I visited the Free & Easy Rugged Museum in Tokyo. It's in the Ayoyama/Harajuku area, up past Pure Blue Japan, opposite the Soccer Stadium.
The museum is very cool. It's full of some amazing vintage clothing, and new vintage style. Much of the clothing is for sale. The RRL pieces were beautiful, but prices were in the clouds.
No pictures are allowed inside, but there are pics if you follow the link above.

We have a shop in Boston that sells RRL, and i'd have to agree that the stuff is really really nice. Its just really-really expensive.
I watched that documentary you linked-to the other day, nice find. That denim hunter guy found a sweet place out in Colorado in that old ladies shop, too bad she didn't sell.
The rugged museum is pretty cool huh?! Do you read their magazine as well; "Free & Easy"? Probably one of the best magazines to study up on a lot of the Japanese local brands, and some of the American or military clothing manufactures.
Nice blog!
Cheers!
